Rental prices & conditions
Villa Vilachan is available for
maximum 6 persons.
And a minimum of 4 nights.
The rental price is
175 € per night.
Towels, sheets and cleaning on day of departure are included in the price.
A damage / breakage deposit of 400€ is required at time of reservation. The deposit will be returned on confirmation of no damage / breakage.
The house is available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival
and until 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Pets are not allowed.
In case of cancellation:
- If cancellation takes place 30 days before arrival date, the total fee paid will be returned
- If cancellation takes place 14 days before arrival date, 50% of the total fee paid will be returned
- If cancellation takes place less than 14 days before arrival date, the total fee will be charged
